The Lubbock Housing Finance Corporation, in partnership with the Southeast Texas Housing Finance Corporation, is pleased to make the HAT Grant Program available in most communities throughout the State.
Featuring Down Payment and Closing Cost Grants
Totaling up to 5% of your Loan Amount!
When purchasing a home, it's always best to save and use your own money to cover the down payment and closing costs. Doing so, and having good credit, will allow you to get the best financing terms. But if you find that you haven't saved enough to pay all of the costs related to buying a home, the Homeownership Across Texas Grant Program may be of benefit to you.
